Paid Media Manager (LinkedIn + Meta)

We prove messages on LinkedIn against named accounts, then follow the engagers across Meta and Instagram at a fraction of the CPM. You own both halves of that motion.

The job

We run a layered media system: messages proven on LinkedIn against named account lists, engagers captured into first-party audiences, and proven creative retargeted across Meta and Instagram. You own the whole stack: segmented budgets by layer, audience architecture, and the discipline that keeps every dollar traceable. Client ad accounts stay in client names; your job is making them perform like ours.

What you'll own

  • Campaign architecture on LinkedIn: matched audiences from named account lists, message test structures with clean variant isolation, controlled frequency
  • Segmented budget management across the three layers: prove (LinkedIn test spend), capture (engager pool building), and retarget (Meta and Instagram distribution), with explicit allocation logic per client per month
  • The retargeting layer: engager and site audiences, pixel and Conversions API governance, creative rotation against fatigue curves
  • Budget stewardship across client bands from $3K to $20K+ a month, with pacing and reallocation calls documented in the monthly readout
  • Platform hygiene a client could inherit cleanly tomorrow: naming conventions, UTM discipline, audience documentation, attribution QA

Required expertise

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager mastery: matched audiences, account-list targeting, the mechanics and minimums that make list-based delivery work
  • Meta Ads Manager at a technical level: CAPI and pixel implementation, custom and engagement audiences, exclusion architecture, CBO versus ABO tradeoffs
  • Layered funnel budgeting: how test spend, capture spend, and retargeting spend divide, and how the split shifts as pools mature
  • Frequency and fatigue management across simultaneous audiences
  • Attribution plumbing: UTM governance, platform-to-CRM reconciliation, incrementality logic a CFO would accept
  • Reporting fluency: turning spend data into verdicts, not dashboards

You, probably

  • Have run LinkedIn ads for B2B with account lists, not just job titles
  • Think in tests and verdicts, not in "the campaign is live"
  • Treat client ad accounts like client property, because they are
