EFFECTIVE AUGUST 26, 2026 ยท WHYZE MARKETING INC.

The short version: we help B2B companies earn trust, so we hold ourselves to the same standard with your data. We collect what we need to run our business and our clients' programs, we never sell personal information, and you can reach a human about any of it at info@whyzelabs.com.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email, company, and anything you include when you fill out our contact form, book a consult through our scheduling tool, subscribe to the newsletter, appear as a guest on a show we produce, or apply to a role by email. Information collected automatically: pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, and interactions with our content, gathered through cookies, pixels, and analytics. Business information from third parties: professional details such as company, role, and business contact information used to build the named account lists our marketing runs on.

How we use it

We use this information to respond when you reach out, schedule and run consults and diagnostics, deliver the newsletter you asked for, produce the shows and content you agreed to appear in, measure which messages resonate, improve the site, and market our services to the businesses we believe we can help. We market to companies and roles, not to you as a private individual.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise the way we advise our clients to: named business audiences, not broad tracking. We use LinkedIn Ads with matched audiences built from business contact lists and engagement, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) retargeting through the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and website analytics to understand how the site is used. Each platform offers its own ad controls: LinkedIn and Meta let you manage ad preferences in your account settings, and your browser lets you block or clear cookies.

Cookies and pixels

Cookies and pixels help us understand what content works and let us show relevant follow-up content to people who have already engaged with us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

Client program data

When we run marketing programs for clients, we process data on their behalf: campaign performance, engagement signals, and CRM attribution in systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. That data belongs to the client, stays isolated to their program, is never sold, and is never used to benefit another client.

When we share

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our business: hosting, scheduling, email, analytics, production tools, and the advertising platforms named above, each limited to what their job requires. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the platforms described here.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sharing described above, all without any difference in how we treat you. Email info@whyzelabs.com and we will handle it, usually within a few days and always within the legal window.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. We protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor agreements, and we isolate client data as a matter of policy, not just practice.

Not for kids

Our site and services are built for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes get a notice, not a quiet edit.
